Great Value First class accom
I would recommend to all very friendly hotel where all staff are happy to help,
The food in the bar was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. will stay

Relaxed and Friendly
The hotel was very busy with a wedding, but the staff went out of there way to
accomodate us and make us feel welcome.

I WOULD DEFINATELY stay at this hotel again,
I believe the management and staff has changed 10 months or so ago!, and what a
change to be greeted by someone who is enthusiastic and friendly. the Manager and
the staff are totally customer focused making any one's stay relaxing.

Great Place to stay, not too expensive
Helme Park Hotel was a great place to stay. The customer service was great,
all members of staff we met went out of their way ot be friendly and helpful.
We arrived with three bikes and they securely stored them for us, which was a
great help, especialy as we hadn't told them in advance!

Another chance
We have stayed at Helme Park 3 to 4 times a year for several years and have
seen managers come and go. The Park is under new management now and has a lot of
work to do after the last one run it into the ground. The last time we stayed,
I said I would never do so again!!! But it is extremely handy for visits to relatives
and it is situated in the most beautiful area with vistas to die for. We gave this hotel
another chance on recommendation from a family member...and we were not disappointed.
The food we ate was very good and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
We are even planning another visit and will stay at Helme Park again.....never say never!!!
